"I have been a practicing dental hygienist for the last 17 yrs. I received my AAS from Broome Community College in 2004. I transitioned to Office Manager when Dr. O’Connell bought the practice. My husband and I reside in Big Flats where we are raising our 2 daughters. When I am not in the office, my daughters keep me very busy with sports and social activities. We love spending time with our family and friends, going camping and traveling to new places."
"I have been a dental hygienist for many years and I love my job. Dr. O’Connell is a great boss, and we have lots of fun. He is a skilled, caring provider. I have 5 wonderful grandchildren and have so much fun with them, but cleaning teeth is easier than babysitting, so I plan to keep cleaning teeth!"
"I received my Dental Hygiene degree from Erie Community College and have worked as a Dental Hygienist for more than 40 years. Building relationships with patients is my favorite part of the job. Many of these relationships have become lifelong friendships, extending beyond the dental office. I have two adult daughters and three dog children. I enjoy reading and gardening in my spare time."
"I grew up in Medina, NY and I moved to Corning, NY with my husband in 2010. We have a little boy named Bentley who was born August of 2019 - he loves to read books!! I graduated from SUNY Broome Community College with my Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in May 2016. I enjoy getting to know patients and educating them in their oral health, all while making them feel comfortable during their visit!"
"I have been assisting for 38 years. I received my training at GST Boces Bush Campus as a high school student. Fifteen years later I continued my education and received a national certification. Assisting is a very rewarding job for me as I love hands on with patients and I enjoy getting to know all kinds of people. I am honored for the opportunity to work for Dr. Dan and I am proud of the work that he provides for his patients. Outside of the office I remain pretty busy in many capacities - let's just say I wear many hats!"
"I have been married to Dr. Dan since 2003, and together we are raising our three daughters. Prior to becoming a part-time office assistant here, I worked in healthcare finance full-time for many years. I still do some consulting work in hospital and physician revenue cycle part-time, as well as have a paper-crafting business. During my free time, I love to spend time with my girls, scrapbook, read, travel, and cook. I'm also working on my fitness and my "green thumb" - both long-term goals!"
